Happy new year to all living on this planet.
Astronauts never get tired to mention how beautiful our blue planet is.
You can get an impression what they mean by visiting the current exhibition in the Gasometer in Oberhausen (Germany). There you’ll find a gigantic model of the earth which has a diameter by 20 meters!
But the exhibition mainly is about our influence on this blue marble. Beautiful but also impressive pictures are making clear that we have to act fast if we would like to have lots of more similar stressless happy new years as we had since today.
